USER GUIDE

LinkPlayer is a Mac application that requires a Beolink PC2 (Beoport) interface. LinkPlayer is not a Bang and Olufsen product and is not supported by Bang and Olufsen in any way. Some features will only work with certain setups.

Plex

You can get more information and download Plex for free from here.

Plex needs to be installed in your Applications folder. Launch Plex once manually and switch to full screen (Command-F), then quit Plex.

Many plugins are available, make your choice by browsing Plex’s App store within Plex.


Boxee

You can get more information and download Boxee for free from here.

Boxee needs to be installed in your Applications folder. In LinkPlayer, set one of the sources to Boxee, or use the “Menu” source.


EyeTV

Launch EyeTV manually, tune and arrange all the channels.

Go to EyeTV’s Preferences.

In the General pane, uncheck “Open Live TV window at startup”.

In the Full Screen pane, uncheck “Start EyeTV in full screen”.


if your Tuner is capable of receiving analog TV, you can also watch video sources distributed by your Video Master.

In LinkPlayer press TV, this will activate the RF modulator of your main TV.

Tune EyeTV to the link channel and save that channel.

In LinkPlayer > Preferences > Sources, enter the channel number (not the frequency) that corresponds to an EyeTV channel tuned to the Link frequency of your VideoMaster.

You can then call any source from your main TV and watch it on your Mac. No other setting is needed.
